MAKATI CITY, South Africa — The Philippine Department of Tourism released a new tourism video that plagiarized a previous video by South Africa yesterday, Independence Day, June 12.
Philippine's new tourism video entitled "Sights" featured a blind man saying "You don't have to see to feel at home."

This video closely resembles that of South Africa's tourism video which also featured a blind man experiencing the sights of South Africa.
