Jejemons Flock to Cemeteries for Annual Nov 1 Meetup, Fashion Show
MANILA, Philippines - Jejemons flocked to cemeteries for their annual meetup and fashion show Tuesday, November 1.
Clad in their traditional oversized shirt for the boys, pekpek shorts for the girls, optional varsity jackets, and their signature colorful caps, the jejemon groups were seen walking down the streets of their cemeteries for their annual fashion show.
"Ito talaga yung ineexpect namin kapag November 1 (This is what we expect every November 1)," said Zarah Rodriguez. "Hinihintay namin yung fashion show ng mga jejemon. (We wait for the fashion show of the jejemons.)"
The annual fashion show usually starts just before the sun sets when the jejemons will not be affected by the afternoon heat.
"1+0 ph0w$zzZZ 4y 4m 0f $37f 3xpr3$$10n nm1n6 m64 j3j3m0n," said LiL' bH0uSzX zUpHLaDHiTa, a jejemon from Manila North Cemetery. "H4+3rz 60nn h4+3."
She also said that after the November 1 meetup, people should expect them on the annual Simbang Gabi.
