Mobile Legends Pinoy Players Invading Rampage Find Out They Can't Afford Tickets

DEMACIA, Runeterra — Peenoise players of hit mobile game Mobile Legends is postponing their rally at League of Legends Philippines event "Rampage 2017" after finding out the price of tickets for the event.

This was after Riot Games, the developer of League of Legends, issued a 44-page lawsuit against Moonton, the developer of Mobile Legends.

Mobile Legends was a hit free-to-play game in the Philippines and has since attracted the notorious and toxic Peenoise player base in the country.

The lawsuit alleges that Moonton infringed the copyright of Riot Games on the concept, as well as appropriating some of their visual assets and used them in their game.

With fear of the game closing down, Mobile Legends Peenoise players have organized themselves in a Facebook group to hold a rally during the local League of Legends event Rampage.

However, they soon found out that they can't afford the tickets.

According to Mobile Legends Peenoise Group spokesperson J. J. Mon, they will just hold the rally in their respective piso-net outlets.

"Tangina kasi ng LOL players. Ba't ang mahal ng ticket?" said J. J. Mon.

The cheapest ticket for Rampage 2017 is P300.

"Kukupit pa ako sa tindahan namin," added J. J. Mon, "Pambibili ko na lang ng diamonds."
