Mocha Uson Releases Real News Blocker in Response to FakeBlok
MANDALUYONG CITY, Philippines — Philippine Communications Operations Office Assistant Secretary Margaux "Mocha" Uson releases "Real News Blocker" in response to the National Union of Journalists in the Philippines fake news blocker FakeBlok.
The Real News Blocker will be available to the Chrome and Firefox users as plugins that they can install when they surf social media.
According to Uson, the Real News Blocker will block articles coming from known dilawan, LP, and anti-Digong news sites, such as Rappler, The Philippine Daily Inquirer, ABS-CBN News, GMA News, and The Filipino Garlic.
When asked if there is a choice to actually read the news article, she said "Wala po. —The Filipino Garlic
